The present dispositions are intended to regulate the access and navigation of this Web page that ATRINIUM makes available to Internet users.

These general conditions regulate the access and use of the website https://atrinium.com/ that ATRINIUM places at the disposal of Internet users free of charge. Access to the same implies unreserved acceptance. The use of certain services offered on this site will also be governed by the particular conditions foreseen in each case, which will be understood to be accepted by the mere use of such services.
ATRINIUM reserves the right to carry out, at any time and without prior notice, modifications and updates of the information contained in its web, of the configuration and presentation of this and the conditions of access.
ATRINIUM does not guarantee the non-existence of interruptions or errors in access to the website, in its content, nor that it is up to date, although it will make its best efforts to avoid, correct or update them.

ATRINIUM will not be responsible for any consequence or damage that could be derived from the access or use of the information. 6.- Applicable Legislation and Jurisdiction
The present legal notice as well as the rest of the contents of the web page are governed by Spanish laws, being ATRINIUM and the user submitted for any controversy to the Courts and Tribunals of Malaga (Spain) with express resignation to any other jurisdiction.
7.- Información General en aplicación del artículo 10 de la Ley 34/2002, de servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y Comercio Electrónico (LSSICE).
Para los casos en los que se realice la venta de productos o servicios de forma online por medio de nuestra página web las condiciones de aplicación serán las siguientes:
- Opciones de envío: Entrega a domicilio mediante mensajeria o Descarga de la App en la App Store o Google Play.
- Plazos de entrega: En el caso de productos el plazo de entrega será de 3-5 días y para aplicaciones a descargar desde la App Store o Google Play la entra será inmediata.
- Envíos internacionales: No se realizan.
- Modificaciones de pedidos: No quedan permitidos.
- Cancelaciones, Devoluciones y reembolsos: Solo se permitirá para productos físicos, para lo cual el cliente dispondrá de un plazo máximo de 30 días desde la fecha de compra y para lo cual deberá enviar email a info@atrinium.com y solicitar la cancelación del pedido. El coste de envío será por cuenta del cliente. El dinero será reembolsado al cliente por el mismo medio de pago usado para la compra por el cliente. Para servicios descargado de la App Store y Google Play no ser permitirán cancelaciones, devoluciones y reembolsos en los terminos antes indicados y se estará a lo dispuesto en el contrato de prestación de servicios que exista entre el Cliente y ATRINIUM.
- Seguridad y Protección a compradores: ATRINIUM confirma que dispone de protocolos seguros mediante cifrado SSL y en los casos de pago electrónico siempre utilizamos en las pasarelas de pago el sistema 3DSecure redirigiendo los datos a servidores seguros sin que el comercio pueda acceder a ellos o almacenarlos.
- Política de Cookies: La página web de ATRINIUM utiliza cookies, que son ficheros enviados al navegador por medio de un servidor web con la finalidad de registrar las actividades del Usuario durante su tiempo de navegación. Las cookies utilizadas por la página web se asocian únicamente con un usuario anónimo y su ordenador, y no proporcionan por sí mismas los datos personales del Usuario.
Las cookies se guardarán en el disco duro del ordenador del Usuario hasta que éste las elimine.
