These general conditions regulate the access and use of the website https://atrinium.com/ that ATRINIUM places at the disposal of Internet users free of charge. Access to the same implies unreserved acceptance. The use of certain services offered on this site will also be governed by the particular conditions foreseen in each case, which will be understood to be accepted by the mere use of such services.

ATRINIUM reserves the right to carry out, at any time and without prior notice, modifications and updates of the information contained in its web, of the configuration and presentation of this and the conditions of access.

ATRINIUM does not guarantee the non-existence of interruptions or errors in access to the website, in its content, nor that it is up to date, although it will make its best efforts to avoid, correct or update them.

The present legal notice as well as the rest of the contents of the web page are governed by Spanish laws, being ATRINIUM and the user submitted for any controversy to the Courts and Tribunals of Malaga (Spain) with express resignation to any other jurisdiction.

In cases where products or services are sold online through our web page, the following conditions shall apply:

- Shipping options: Home delivery by courier or download of the App from the App Store or Google Play.

- Delivery times: In the case of products, the delivery time will be 3-5 days and, for applications to be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play, delivery will be immediate.

- International shipping: Not available.

- Order modifications: Not permitted.

- Cancellations, Returns and refunds: These will only be permitted for physical products, for which the customer will have a maximum period of 30 days from the date of purchase and must send an email to info@atrinium.com requesting the cancellation of the order. The shipping cost will be borne by the customer. The money will be refunded to the customer by the same means of payment used by the customer for the purchase. For services downloaded from the App Store and Google Play, cancellations, returns and refunds will not be permitted under the terms indicated above, and the provisions of the service agreement existing between the Customer and ATRINIUM will apply.

- Buyer Security and Protection: ATRINIUM confirms that it has secure protocols by means of SSL encryption and, in cases of electronic payment, we always use the 3DSecure system in the payment gateways, redirecting the data to secure servers without the merchant being able to access or store it.

- Cookie Policy: The ATRINIUM web page uses cookies, which are files sent to the browser by a web server in order to record the User's activities during their browsing time. The cookies used by the web page are associated only with an anonymous user and their computer, and do not by themselves provide the User's personal data.

Cookies will be stored on the hard drive of the User's computer until the User deletes them.
